Flight Training/Rentals

Headquartered at Sussex County Airport (GED) in Georgetown, Delaware, Delmarva Aviation focuses on student pilot training to obtain the Private Pilot certificate.

They also provide training for the Instrument Rating, Instrument Proficiency Checks (IPC), Biennial Flight Reviews (BFR) and other Recurrency Training. Delmarva Aviation operates under the Part 61 rules of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

Delmarva Aviation's professional, seasoned flight instructors are all members of the National Association of Flight Instructors (NAFI).

Delmarva Aviation uses Cessna 172 Skyhawks for their flight training curriculum. The Skyhawk is known for its training qualities, including docile handling characteristics, and an extensive safety record.
